I run a very cash intensive business and have gone through a couple of cash counters, this TaskFile cash counter has been my favorite so far. The product comes with a very helpful instruction manual as well as a QR code that you can scan for the website which gives more information and has "how to" videos. I've counted thousands of dollars so far and it's worked flawlessly. I've had issues with error messages on some of the other cash counters I've used but this one is just smooth counting. I made the right choice! I've counted a couple thousand dollars with this machine at this point with no major hiccups and all coins counted accurately, the instruction manual says to press start before putting coins in the machine and this seems to prevent any issues with coins getting stuck inside. The instruction manual is very helpful on how to use this thing as well, OH and it comes with coin wraps which saved me from having to order some!
